April 8, 2005: Community Assessment  

This report provides a baseline from a Site Selector’s perspective – it will contain two (2) sections: !) Economic Analysis, and 2) SWOT Analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats); this analysis covers economic trends and conditions, business climate, education, workforce development, infrastructure, marketing, and quality of life. 
 

June 2005: Economic Development Strategic and Target Industry Plan

This report is an ACTION PLAN – also referred to as a “blueprint” – it will synthesize findings and recommendations, identifying tasks, staff responsibilities, budgets, implementations strategies and techniques, and present an associated timeline.
