May 10-12: AE will meet with several individuals and area leaders during this timeframe to
kick-off this project and obtain information for the Community Assessment.
June: AE will be in Manchester presenting the Community Assessment, and initial
research & analysis findings; and, will conduct other meetings as appropriate.
July: AE will be in Manchester to present the Global Economic Development Strategy,
which will be Business Development/Target Industry focused, with specific implementation strategies presented for asset-building, business climate improvement, and community marketing for global
awareness.
