This project began in January 2003 and was completed in November 2003. Upon completion of the CEDS, the project was unveiled at a community rollout event attended by 800 people. The 43-member CEDS Committee and the Atlanta EDA office unanimously adopted the final strategic plan. Implementation of the plan began in January 2004. |
